2022  Kitchen converted to a research room

          Basement floor changed from dirt to cement and basement walls 

               stabilized

          Rain gutters added to the eaves

2023  Technology upgrade, installation of large projection screen and ceiling

  mounted projector

          Vestibule renovated with new displays

          25 new chairs purchased

          New copier, printer and scanner

          Reprinted the 1902 Grip’s Book on Historical Phoenix, New York

2024  Upgraded ceiling lights

          Lighted outdoor sign installed

          All cabinet displays changed, organized, labeled and new lighting

          New dramatic displays in the former choir loft and altar area

          Expansion of our programs and presenters to include local authors, and

      professional educators from local institutions and organizations

          New, more secure side door installed
